JSC Engineers had the privilege of partnering with Bombard Mechanical to deliver high-quality Pipe Stress Analysis services for Resorts World Las Vegas, a premier hotel and casino destination on the Las Vegas Strip. Our scope of work included detailed analysis of tower risers and all chilled and hot water lines ranging from 6″ to 48″ in diameter.

In addition to stress analysis, JSC Engineers was responsible for delegated design of the building mechanical piping systems, including engineering and qualification of piping supports and anchors. Our team ensured that the systems met all applicable code requirements and project specifications, while optimizing for performance, safety, and constructability.

Using advanced modeling tools and engineering expertise, we identified and mitigated potential piping system issues before installation, contributing to the long-term reliability and efficiency of this large-scale development. Our delegated design role was essential in relieving the mechanical contractor of detailed engineering responsibilities, ensuring seamless project execution from design through construction.
